Jason Maude serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Isabel Healthcare Ltd. Prior to co-founding Isabel Healthcare Ltd, Maude spent 12 years working in the finance and investment banking industry in Europe. Throughout his career, Maude served as a top-ranked equity analyst at Kleinwort Benson Securities, Smith Barney and Dillon Read. While at Dillon Read, a prestigious U.S. investment bank, Maude served as partner and managing director of the company's UK office. This prominent position led Maude to AXA Investment Managers where he led equity research and managed $500 billion global investment initiatives.
In 1999, Maude's three-year-old daughter, Isabel fell seriously ill as a result of a misdiagnosis. Isabel's illness and experience inspired Maude to abandon his city career and create Isabel Healthcare.
Mr. Bauman joined Isabel in April 2010 and brought with him more than 20 years of experience in healthcare software sales and marketing activities. In his recent tenure in healthcare safety solutions, Mr. Bauman has served as vice president of sales and marketing for InformMed, a provider of innovative medication safety solutions, LMS Medical, a leading provider of obstetrical decision support solutions, and Cereplex Inc., an early stage market innovator in automated infection prevention solutions. His experience includes direct sales, numerous area and national sales leadership roles, product marketing and partnership development at Premier, Inc., Bridge Medical, McKesson, CliniCom and Community Health Computing. Mr. Bauman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Ramnarayan joined Isabel Healthcare in 2000 after establishing the well-known Ram's Teaching Website, now at Medic Central. At Isabel, he led the extensive and ground-breaking validation process to ensure Isabel's accuracy and ongoing capabilities.
Ramnarayan earned his MD from Imperial College and is currently also an Attending Physician at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and St. Mary's Hospital in London, UK.
Amanda Tomlinson has been with Isabel Healthcare since 2000. Prior to this, she worked as a senior staff nurse on the Pediatric Infectious Disease ward at one of London's top hospitals, St Mary’s in Paddington. Ms. Tomlinson initially focused on the development of the proprietary database, the tutored taxonomy and validation. Currently, she leads on ensuring the continuing clinical quality of the system and ongoing product development.
Natalie Cronje has been with Isabel Healthcare since 2004. Prior to joining Isabel Healthcare she worked as a private practicing Dietitian and lecturer at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Ms. Cronje initially carried out much of the validation and research work, which has ensured the underlying quality of Isabel. Currently, she works on technical development and with customers on our client support programs.
Ms. Dawn Bonsor joined Isabel in July 2010 as Vice President of Client Services and brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare informatics. Prior to joining Isabel Ms. Bonsor held leadership positions in implementation planning, customer support and account management with PeriGen and LMS Medical Systems. Ms. Bonsor has a nursing degree from John Abbott College and has a Computer Engineering degree from Concordia University, in Montreal.
Megan Pennie has over 15 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and healthcare technology consulting. Ms. Pennie has led marketing efforts to increase sales and launch new products at several companies, including Premier Inc. Healthcare Alliance, LMS Medical and MicroStrategy. Ms. Pennie holds an MBA and Masters of Public Health in Healthcare Administration and Policy; she also has a Bachelor degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Terry Hughes joined Hutton Collins in 2010. Terry has spent twenty years in leveraged finance and related fields with Continental Illinois, UBS and Goldman Sachs. More recently he headed the principal finance activities for Silver Point LLP in Europe investing in large European acquisition and restructuring situations. Prior to this he was a partner at Goldman Sachs where, over a ten year career, he undertook a variety of roles including heading the leveraged finance and private equity sponsor businesses within Europe. He was closely involved in many of the then defining deals such as financing of Vodafone's bid for Mannesmann and the original funding for the establishment of Orange. He also sat on Goldman Sach's Commitments Committee. Terry is a graduate of Oxford University.
